CHR. KAPODISTRIAS & SONS LTD is the largest automotive parts company in the Republic of CYPRUS. The company is an importer and distributor of new spare parts, tyres, lubricants, tools and garage equipment, operating mainly as a retailer. The company offers the most extensive range of parts and components for European and Asian cars, as well as parts for Commercial Vehicles (trucks).

Founded in 1969 by the late Christophoros Kapodistrias, CHR. KAPODISTRIAS & SONS LTD is the country’s market leader with 7 stores in Cyprus. The central headquarters are located in the capital Nicosia, at the same premises as the central store. Other outlets are located in Lakatamia, Larnaca, Limassol, Paphos, Deryneia and Alambra.

In 2011 the KAPODISTRIAS company became a TEMOT INTERNATIONAL Shareholder which is a leading, strategic organization and future-oriented partner for the automotive aftermarket industry. TEMOT INTERNATIONAL shareholders are made up of the leading automotive aftermarket companies in Europe and the rest of the world.

• In June 2011 the company opened in Nicosia a Training & Technical Center, which is dealing also with diagnostic and technical equipment for garages.
• In 2012, Chr. Kapodistrias & Sons Ltd opened a Tyre division and became very rapidly one of the main players for tyres in Cyprus.
• In 2014, a Lubricants division was opened, dealing today with the distribution of premium-brand lubricants in the Cypriot aftermarket.
• In 2015, the company decided to enter the Tool business, by operating a separate division distributing mechanics’ tools to the Cypriot garages.
• In 2018, our company was honored as “Company of the Year” at the IN-BUSINESS Awards, the most credible and prestigious business awards of the country.
• In 2019, Chr. Kapodistrias & Sons Ltd celebrated 50-year presence in the Cypriot market.
• In 2024, the company received the “Supply-Chain & Logistics Award” by the reputable organization IN-BUSINESS.
