KAPODISTRIAS, in collaboration with the German company FEBI BILSTEIN, one of Europe’s leading and longest-established automotive parts manufacturers, successfully organized a series of three technical seminars on January 27, 28, and 29, 2026. The seminars attracted more than 120 automotive technicians, reflecting strong interest from industry professionals.

The seminars were delivered by FEBI BILSTEIN’s Technical Director for Greece and Cyprus, Mr. Angelos Laskaridis. His presentations focused on contemporary and practical automotive engineering topics, including:

• Timing Chain Systems: common faults, recalls, and key technical insights

• Diagnosis of Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH): methods for identifying and addressing engine-related issues

The sessions were hosted at three locations: the School of Automotive Engineering in the Dhali Industrial Area (Nicosia), the St. Lazarus Technical School in Larnaca (in cooperation with the Larnaca Car Technicians Union), and the KAPODISTRIAS Training Center in Pallouriotissa, Nicosia.

The high attendance and level of engagement demonstrated the strong demand for continuous professional development within the automotive sector. These seminars further underscore KAPODISTRIAS’ commitment to advancing technical knowledge and enhancing the quality of services provided to the industry.
